- Shipping is done through TNT from the Netherlands. This means there are no import taxes applicable in EU countries and with a valid EU VAT number you can pay directly without VAT. Shipping is done the same day if the product is directly available from stock and a direct payment method has been succesfully used. Shipping time varies per location. Netherlands is next day upon sending, with exeption of the Waddenzee islands. Belgium and Luxembourg 2-3 days, Germany and France 2-9 days. other countries can be checked on www.tnt-post.nl. We ship at cost, with tracking number, insured up to 500 Euro. For large quatities sending or higher value insurance, please use the courier option and we will contact you through email. Courier services can be insured for higher amounts, and arrive faster, this is advisable for large orders. The order can be tracked on the website of tnt, also the status of the order will be revealed in you online Solidata account.

- Returns & Replacements
- Solidate Euope has an RMA service and an account-based helpdesk. We insure you will have the latest software and firmware for your product. Should there be any issue we can issue an RMA, from which you will receive an RMA number to put on the package to return to Solidata Europe. If needed our factories will carefully determine what the cause for the RMA should be and based upon that will determine the necessary action, such as refund or replacement.
